That's right. We're heading South again after a long delay. We've got Chef Anita Bergmann who cooked it up with us last time we were down South.
this is what she's thinking for this time around:
Kobe beef tartare, followed by a Mizuna salad with pear and sesame vin.
Entree: Tuna with ginger cream sauce (Imagine the loveliest reddest fish, ever, barely seared, on a sauce of ginger, cream, lime, garlic,soy sauce and cilantro - it tastes like lemon grass) with black rice, white asparagus
Earl gray tea custard with caramel sauce
We'll have some great performers showing their stuff and hope you can join us.
